The average price per square meter in Barcelona is around € 3,200. The prices of housing of the neighborhood with the highest average price is Sarrià-Sant Gervasi with € 4,500 per square meter followed by the Les Corts neighborhood with € 4,100 per square meter. The neighborhoods with a lower average price are Nou Barris € 2,300 and Sant Andreu € 2,700.

Prices in the second quarter of 2018 increased 6% compared to the first quarter. The real estate market in Barcelona is mature and still growing, 6% between the first quarter and the second quarter of 2018, and maintains its position of the most expansive city of Spain.

The neighborhood of Ciutat Vella is the neighborhood where the average price rose the most (+ 15%) and it is the Sant Marti neighborhood, where the average price remained stable (+ 3%).
